We are now looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join our team as a permanent employee. This is a client-facing consulting role, where you will lead diverse and often complex projects—and bring structure, leadership, and value from day one.
About the role
As a Senior Project Manager at Integrico, you'll work as a trusted advisor and delivery lead for our clients. The assignments vary—from digital transformation, infrastructure, and ERP rollouts to regulatory initiatives and security-related projects.
We are looking for someone who is self-driven, structured, and confident in steering stakeholders at all levels. You’ll be part of a senior team that values trust, integrity, and professional freedom.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage client-facing IT and transformation projects of varying scope and complexity
Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders—ensuring alignment, structure, and momentum
Plan and control project scope, budget, risks, resources, and timelines
Drive workshops, steering groups, and status meetings
Navigate both agile and traditional methodologies depending on client needs
Support pre-sales efforts and help shape delivery models for new assignments
About You
- 8+ years of experience as a project or program manager
- Strong consulting mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, high integrity, and business acumen
- Proven ability to manage IT and/or business change projects across industries
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Experience working with banking, public sector, telecom, or regulated industries is a plus
- Certifications in PMP, IPMA, SAFe, Prince2 or similar are meriting
