We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales & Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.
About the role
As our Sales & Business Development Manager, you’ll play a vital role in expanding our reach across Sweden and the Nordics. You’ll work closely with leadership and consultants to identify client needs, match the right people to the right assignments, and build long-term relationships that deliver results
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies across management, cybersecurity, and compliance services.
Engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and position tailored solutions.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships that lead to recurring business.
Track industry trends and market needs in cybersecurity, compliance, and transformation.
Prepare and deliver proposals, pitches, and client-facing materials.
Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with growth targets.
Collaborate closely with delivery teams and external partners to ensure smooth onboarding.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in consulting or tech
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, DORA), risk management, or compliance
Skilled in consultative sales and strategic relationship management
Comfortable working independently and in collaboration with others
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Preferred Attributes
Experience selling complex IT solutions
Familiarity with public sector procurement and framework agreements
Passion for growth, innovation, and continuous learning
